Refund Policy

Please note that our data products are Trialware. It means that you SHOULD evaluate the trial version of the program(s) you are interested in before buying. Please note that all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. If you like the products during trial and want to use it further – you have to buy the license to use it. Please read our Disclaimer and Terms & Conditions before placing the order.

– Products are offered ‘as is’ without any expressed claims of satisfactory working under all conditions. You should check working from all angles before subscription. Late discovery about any working will not be accepted as reason for refund

– If you are in doubt about working of any feature, please ask before making a subscription. Please do not assume working in a particular manner.

– Data disruptions are inevitable – although we try our level best to avoid such scenarios. For data disruption over 30 minutes, we add 1 day to your subscription expiry date as compensation. Data disruption will not constitute sufficient ground for refund

– If any error is found / notified by the client in the subscription based data products, the same will be repaired promptly by Global Datafeeds at no extra cost within reasonable period of time. If any of the reported errors cannot be rectified, client will have option not to use the data for the remaining period

– We strive to check the data thoroughly before delivery. Since historical data contains thousands of symbols containing millions of rows, if any issues with the data are found, GFDL will cooperate 100% until the issue gets resolved. If any error is found / notified by the client in the data within 15 days from the date of delivery, Global Datafeeds will try to fix the issue at no extra cost within reasonable period of time. As all sales are final once customer makes a purchase, there will not be any refund after the order is placed / the data is delivered.
