ALTHOUGH GLOBAL FINANCIAL DATAFEEDS LLP TRIES ITS LEVEL BEST TO ENSURE THAT THE DATA IS ERROR FREE, IT IS NOT AT ALL GUARANTEED. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, GLOBAL FINANCIAL DATAFEEDS LLP AND ANY OF ITS ASSOCIATES, EMPLOYEES, OWNERS, ETC. ALSO PLEASE NOTE THAT OCCASIONAL DISRUPTION IN DATA DISSEMINATION SERVICES DOES NOT CONSTITUTE SUFFICIENT GROUNDS FOR CANCELLATION OF SERVICES. FOR DATA DISRUPTION BEYOND 30 MINS, ALL PAID USERS WILL AUTOMATICALLY GET 1 TRADING DAY EXTRA TO THEIR SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD.
If any error is found / notified by the client in the subscription based data products, the same will be repaired promptly by Global Datafeeds at no extra cost within reasonable period of time. If any of the reported errors cannot be rectified, client will have option not to use the data for the remaining period
We strive to check the data thoroughly before delivery. Since historical data contains thousands of symbols containing millions of rows, if any issues with the data are found, GFDL will cooperate 100% until the issue gets resolved. If any error is found / notified by the client in the data within 15 days from the date of delivery, Global Datafeeds will try to fix the issue at no extra cost within reasonable period of time. As all sales are final once customer makes a purchase, there will not be any refund after the order is placed / the data is delivered.
Product / API User understands & agrees that it is their duty & responsibility to consult each Source Stock Exchange to know their rules, regulations, terms and conditions, if any. API User further understands & agrees that he/she will comply with all Source Stock Exchange Compliance, Laws of the Land & will be solely responsible for any non-compliance.
Although we will inform you about any changes, important announcements on any part of the system or any material contained on this site, the delivery of such information is not guaranteed. The sole medium of communication in all such events will be by email to your registered email id. We will not be responsible for non-delivery of such emails due to any reasons including but not limited to blocking by your servers, SPAM filters, insufficient quota, incorrect email id given at the time of registration, etc. as well as any losses occurred due to non-delivery of these messages. You are advised to check the same on our website once in 7 days.

We have the right to discontinue/change our services at any time with/without any notice /reason. In such a case, since this product does not have any Sale value (zero price product), no refund will required to be given.
